The journey began contracting for Shaw Cable Systems as residential and commercial installers. But, just like wildfire, the passion grew fast and furious… and we channeled it into what is now Flynn Communications!
Our desire to provide customers with seamless service from the first introduction right through to the finish line is what inspired our company’s creation and our seven core values.

Ryan Flynn

Ryan likes to say that Flynn Comms true purpose is to get rid of all the finger pointing that happens when there’s that all too familiar lapse in the technology you’re using. He understands that comprehensive preparation, installation, and organization that is done right the first time significantly cuts down on those accusatory fingers… and saves many work relationships in the process!
This being said, there is nothing Ryan loves more than a challenge. Especially when it comes in the form of large server room cleanup that requires in-depth technological organization and upgrades. Add in a tight deadline for completion and you’ll quickly be speaking his language.
Outside of work, you can find Ryan with his children, exploring the great outdoors, tucking into one of his favourite books, and trying not to catch his 9th bout of Malaria (8 was more than enough in this lifetime).
Neil Dotto

For Neil, what he does is more than just a job – it’s also art by design! Combining a unique perspective, the inventive canvas components of a perfect layout, and the best communication products available, he works to create the foundation for something truly phenomenal. In this case, it’s a comprehensive infrastructure that leaves clients feeling confident in their business’s technological and communication capabilities.
Ask him about his favourite projects and you’ll be met with a passionate interlude about cabling infrastructure installs in upcoming commercial buildings. Trust us, you’ll be able to feel the almost tangible investment he has in making sure that everything is labelled correctly and works seamlessly from beginning to end.
As the saying goes, variety is the spice of life – and that’s something that Neil takes to heart outside the office.
